The Vice President Global Sales wishes to recruit a senior commercial professional with EMEA wide commercial management experience to become VP Sales EMEA.

The rational for creating this role is to enable the Vice President Global Sales to deal with strategic issues, major accounts and the general management of the EMEA business. The VP Sales EMEA will deal with major programs and initiatives and deal with many of the day to day actions.

  • Put in place structure to help the company grow to the next level
  • Influence revenue growth
  • Refine and execute the sales strategy and deployment to assist with building new strategic relationships with and penetrate the target accounts and to increase revenues from existing accounts.
  • Improve sales methodology, process, forecasting, training.
  • Take ownership of compensation plans, management reporting
  • Take ownership of the EMEA CRM roll out (Siebel)
  • Pull together an EMEA wide business to work to a common and agreed goal and vision
  • Implement a major account development plan across EMEA and be the EMEA conduit to the USA for global account matters.
