Senior Consultant - Netherlands

Our client is a leading global advisory services organisation known for its innovation and ability to identify new business trends. A broad global presence world wide, coupled with deep industry and business process expertise helps clients reach their potential in both the private and public sectors.

Our client has a particularly strong foundation within the financial services, and is currently looking to recruit a senior consultant within their most dynamic unit within the financial services practice. You will be part of an exciting, growing advisory who are constantly developing and expanding the realms within Financial Services. As a result of continuing expansion to meet increasing client demand, our client is looking to recruit within this Financial Services team. The remit of the role is challenging and diverse as the department has adopted a truly client centred approach.

The role

  • Play an instrumental role in advising clients on performance management projects
  • Assess clients financial systems and process against best practice techniques
  • Advise senior clients on the design, process and re-engineering of their finance function programmes
  • Assist client to optimise the structure of organisations through planning and budgeting programmes
  • Manage and co-ordinate IAS conversion programmes for top global Financial Service Institution clients

    The Person

  • You will a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA or foreign equivalent) and an excellent exam record
  • 2 -4 years post qualification experience within a management consultancy or top financial institution
  • Consulting experience within the financial services is preferable
  • A strong desire to exceed in the financial services industry
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience communicating and presenting internal and external projects to senior management or senior clients.
