Company background

Founded in 1993, Spaapen & Versteeg started as a business development partner specialized in developing and implementing corporate business strategies and management solutions for the Chinese market, with a strong emphasis on setting up Joint Ventures and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises. Over the years, we expanded our horizon and moved our focus to the European market. Today, most of our assignments are to serve US and Asian companies entering the European market.
