HR Director - France
Our client is a Global Outsourcing Consultancy; they require an experienced EMEA HR Director who will be responsible for Global Data Privacy, Process Design and global HR Data Privacy activities.
Duties
Working with the Legal department for internal policies, co-chair Virtual Privacy Office team, work with HRO clients on diagnosis and implementation of the Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) activities in the client company, work with Data Protection Authorities to ensure that standards and regulatory compliance are implemented.
You will have a good understanding of HR Systems, as you will be responsible for the regional Core Process Redesign (CPR) in Europe/Middle East (EMEA) region, provide guidance on issues relating to data protection laws globally, assessment of prospects during Due Diligence, review of new client DPP status, work with External Legal council to define appropriate DPP frameworks, Creates methods for implementing DPP at new clients.
Make presentations in support of the DPP commitment.
Acts as focal point for process redesign and service improvement; plans and implements programs geared to improving client HR service delivery.
Work with senior staff to describe the impact of DPP and of CPR services to clients.
You must have a strong Client facing orientation and at least 5 years in a large multi-national company, and have excellent (French and English) communications skills.
